Domain Names
There will be no refund on the purchase of any domain name from Digital247. Once payment has been made, the domain is automatically registered from our end and that can not be reversed.
Web Hosting Services
On any web hosting product purchased from Digital247 we provide 30 days money back period with gurantee. In this scenario the amount for the first month will be deducted from the total amount and rest of the left amount will be refunded to the customer account without any question been asked from our end. We follow the policy “If you’re not satisfied, for any reason, within 30 days you get a refund. “We don’t want your money if you’re not amazingly happy. Hassle-free”
Payment Gateway
The refund can be done in case something went wrong from our end or either from client’s end before the activation of the merchant account. After the activation of the account, NO REFUND is available and Digital247 is not liable for any kind of refund.
Refund Terms and Conditions
1. There are no refunds on domain registrations, Bulk SMS, Bulk Email, Website Designing, SSL Certificates. Refund requests for shared and reseller accounts after the initial 30 days non-conditional money back period will be refunded on a prorated basis of any unused time.
2. Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund. For example, if you’ve had an account with us before, canceled and signed up again, you will not be eligible for a refund or if you have opened a second account with us.
3. Domain Name Registration / Domain Transfer or other domain related services is NOT refundable. Once you purchase your Domain Name, you are its owner and it cannot be “returned” until the duration of the domain term has expired.
4. Digital247 also reserves the rights to cancel your account any time without any notice and refund.
5. Changes to the Terms of Service / Acceptable Use Policy (TOS / AUP) / Privacy Policy Digital247 reserves the right to revise its policies at any time without notice.
